Guidelines

Southside Roleplay – Site Guidelines

These guidelines ensure a safe, respectful, and immersive community experience.

1. Respect & Conduct

  • Treat all members respectfully — no harassment, hate speech, or discrimination.

  • Keep discussions civil and roleplay-focused.

  • Do not impersonate staff or other players.

2. Content & Communication

  • No NSFW, explicit, or offensive material.

  • No doxxing, leaks, or sharing personal information.

  • Advertising or spamming is prohibited without admin permission.

3. Roleplay Integrity

  • Stay in character while in RP channels or the game.

  • Follow the server’s lore, laws, and economy structure.

  • Breaking immersion (e.g., OOC in IC) should be minimal and tagged appropriately.

4. Staff Authority

  • Respect all staff decisions.

  • If you disagree with a decision, use the appeal or report system.

  • Public disputes or “staff calling out” posts are not permitted.

5. Discord & External Platforms

These rules extend to our Discord, social media, and any affiliated channels.

6. Enforcement

Violation of these guidelines may result in warnings, temporary bans, or permanent removal from the community.
